In the past decade I have seen many concrete surfaces coated with a paint, stain, sealer, cementitious topping or a plethora of other topical coatings. In my professional opinion Tennessee has a climate that will deteriorate most of these products, with the exception of a penetrating concrete stain. The stain has a very high tolerance to traffic, sun exposure, and other weather related quality control issues. It is water based which makes it relatively easy to install and is environmentally safe. The stained look transfers your landscapes beauty and requires very little maintenance at an affordable price. It can be applied to existing interior concrete or exterior concrete floors or walls or concrete that has cured for a minimum of 1 week. There are many colors and sheens to choose from.
